This was by far the best, easiest, fastest uhaul experience I've ever had! We loved the new truck it was great! Will be back again for sure! Usually we go to the Patrick street uhaul which always gives us a hard time, this experience was nothing like that! Highly recommend thanks!

When I made the reservation online I declined the $16 insurance. When I picked up the trailer it was magically added to my bill without my knowledge. Other than misleading/fraudulent billing it was a great experience. I would do it again, I would just doublecheck my reservation to ensure it was not changed.
Damon WThis is on uhual itself not the location the location was amazing, this truck was a complete waste of my money. You could barely shift the truck into park or drive or even reverse, the dolly ramp barely would come in or out. And the lock latch barely opened/closed. I really feel like I wasted the money it was nothing but trouble. But I had no choice I had to move
