I think if you return your rental earlier than expected you should get some of your money back since the rental is based on how many days you will use the truck. My rental was due back Monday and I returned it on Sunday and if that is the case I think you should return a days rental back to the customers.

Justin R.I paid for a dolly rental that was not supplied in my truck and there store was closed. There was no option through the U-Haul check in process to say that something was missing. The man who called to check in on my rental the day before was very nice. However, I was charged $10 for a dolly rental that I did not receive. Also the truck sounded as if it needed service. It did not accelerate well at all, and one of the tires creaked.
