We ordered to also have a dolly which was not in the truck when we picked it up. There wasn't one available because the location was closed to inquire about one. Other than that nothing else else was wrong.

They did not include the dolly and charged me for it.
Billy S.My experience with the person that opened the business that day was displeasing. I went in to tell him the app was asking for more info and before I could finish my statement he immediately cut me off, got loud and said “my hands are tied, I can't do anything, they are all the way in Texas, you just have to give them whatever information they are asking for. The problem was his delivery and attitude. He got very worked up very quickly. The interaction with him went downhill from there. I was extremely annoyed because he didn't display an ounce of patience or respect and most times that's all people need when getting acclimated with a new process. This was my first time visiting this site and my first time trying mobile pickup.
