Carlos and his daughter did a great job securing my U-Haul trailer rental, as imposing as the U-Haul reservation software is. They were extremely polite, appreciated my business and accompanied my schedule all the way through. Only think I'd change would be the intensity of the U-Haul reservation process, but that's U-Haul's responsibility, not C&D's.

We were supposed to have a truck in Katy Tx but the location was closed and we were bounced to their other location … no help sent to big box location at I-10 at 99 we were rescheduled 30 miles away in Brookshire Tx and only given the 30 miles as a result I spent an extra $15, plus my time an car mileage to fix the problem… really needed the truck so I tolerated as a long time customer

ANGELLO J.The truck was clean but kind of beat up on the outside in places. The pick up process took 45 minutes. The uhaul dealer was new but the uhaul software is not user friendly at all!! Drop off was a little quicker and the uhaul dealers were apologetic and kind!
