They didn't have all the supplies not enough blankets I was in put in a bad position had to purchase blankets from the store I rented with 300 and some odd miles included I turn the truck in and it says 220 miles bait and switch I'll definitely look for somebody else than U-Haul next timeDAVID L.

I think I should be able to get half of my money refunded, due to the fact that I had to stop in try to get rid of roaches out of this vehicle that I rented. I never had a experience like that before, I don't that it's right that I had to try in get rid of something that should've been taken care of.ALLYSON L.

Perhaps it's only a problem with my phone carrier (AT&T), but the phone signal was nearly nonexistent at this location, making the online Truck Share check-in overly stressful. It took me 30 minutes just to answer the questions and upload the necessary photos because of the poor signal at that pick-up location. The hassle put me behind schedule and forced me to rush the move. My other concern was related to two dents spotted on the van. According to my online check-in, damaged areas should have been marked with an X. One of the dents was large and easily noticeable but it was unmarked. I fear the thought of possibly being charged for that unmarked damage had I not spotted and documented it before the drive. I will say, however, the inside of the van was clean and comfortable. They did not have all the equipment I ordered (I.e. furniture pads). My reservation was changed to this location from my initial reservation location. U-Haul should have moved the equipment to my requested location rather than inconveniencing me to drive further.Marvin K.

I delt with Tracy Mock in renting my van. I was very you pleased with Tracy as it isn't every day you find people that are happy, pleasant to talk with and competent as Tracy was. If I need a truck again your shop will be my first stop. One thing that I think came from U-Haul, not your shop was the email stating damage to the vehicle. My first impression upon reading was that damage had been discovered after I dropped the van back. I checked the time stamp and saw the note was sent before I returned and realized you have pictures of the vehicle as it was when I rented. I'd suggest you may want to clarify that fact to eliminate the anxiety I felt with my first read.Robert B.

Make sure to leave a key outside. The location I actually ordered from forgot and I had to go 30 minutes out of my way to get a truck which was told to me the morning of. Then I got charged for the extra mileage even though it was uhauls fault. I should have been offered a discount and not had to pay mileage at all. Lastly, the truck I got had under a quarter tank of gas in it when I picked it up, I had to get gas almost immediately.Casey S.

The service on return was exceptional. No hassle and , quick, This is a neighborhood store i would recommend, location was great and access perfect, this comes 2 weeks after going to the main location nearby in which I never frequent againdave N.
Work on the mobile app. 30 min later after taking my license photo I was still waiting approval. Gentleman inside the store was busy and ultimately had to cxl the mobile pickup and have him start over. It was an hour before I was finally able to leave. Also never received info on what lock box my key was in. He also had to do that. Very frustrating to say. Put me an hour behindMATTHEW S.
Corporate moved my reservation to them which is ok but they do not stock the $10 a dozen moving pads / blankets on my reservation. Finding this out at rental time put us in a bind.
