Very personal service. I could not ask for better. So glad to have them in our town. I consider them my U-Haul company!

Conducting a walk around inspection of the equipment to be rented would be a great idea.

Warn about 2 wheel drive and trailer maneuvering on steep gravel driveways.

I didn't have any problem with service at my location. I did have a problem with not getting a phone call confirming my order, instead I get texts about three different locations, first it'll be here... Two days later- it'll be over here..a day before I move it'll be way over here in this other town. I understand that sometimes you just can't get what you want, but I ordered in advance of my move, I shouldn't have been bounced around like that and definitely should have been told before I got there that they didn't have the size truck I ordered and that it was twice as big as I needed, causing damage to many of my things because I simply couldn't fit a two bedroom apartment into a truck meant for a four bedroom home tightly. I did agree to the large truck and the lady was probably doing the best she could, since like I said, they text me a day before my move and sent me too this location.

Maybe just have the trailers on stands is my only recommendation. Older folks and ladies could probably hurt themselves lifting up the trailers which could mean a nasty lawsuit
