You basically have to drive through a junk yard to find your truck. Then, if you follow the directions on the app you have to drive back to the front office to get the key. Although the body of the truck was relatively clean, you could barely see through the windshield due to the rain splattered dirt and bugs. Not a nice experience. I have rented from U-Haul many times and this was by far the worst location.

The app didn't work well, had to rely on CSR Diana to complete the rental process. Though technically clean, the unit was parked on a dirt lot in the back of the property, had dirty windows, the interior was dusty and had candy wrappers in the cup holders. The check-out experience took much longer than it should have. Checking in - same problem, the app quit while taking pictures of the unit upon return. this place may be a great nursery, but it is sub-par for a u-haul rental location. Yes, app issues are not their problem, but overall the rental experience was below expectations.
allan mI made the reservation online, filled everything out including photos of drivers license online, paid online on the u-haul web site. On the u-haul web site I selected to "pick-up vehicle at counter". When I went to pickup the vehicle, the local business had to redo all of my information again. I guess when the "pick-up" local business is not an authorized U-Haul business, the local business computer system and u-Haul computer system do not "talk to each other".
Rex HIt was a convenient location, but there was no way to make the app work to help us with check out so that we could actually use the truck. After an hour, I was finally able to get a hold of somebody in the store who doesn't really work with them, but helped us. I was told customer service would be calling me and I never heard from them. In addition to all of this, there is something wrong with the truck probably with the transmission.because it does not shift correctly. Then, when I went to drop it off, there was really nobody there to help me. The truck had several stains on the interior where pop had been spilled and things were on the console that were not clean, which is fine if nobody's going to ding me for someone else's mess. I guess overall, I don't like the self checkout version of u haul. Oh, and I was charged for insurance when I did not purchase it.
Gwen HThe drop off location didnt want to accept the uhaul. Said he didnt have any room to store it. And the building was locked and he was difficult to find. After some conversation and convincing he agreed to take it.
