The guys working there seemed annoyed to be there and not very friendly. They didn't have everything I needed and I actually had to go to a different location to get a ball to hook up the trailer on my hitch and then drive back here to get the trailer. Overall not a great experience.

The only issue that I had was that there was not a dolly inside the U-Haul and I had to drive an hour away to get one.
ADAM WThe clerk was barely adequate. I had to grill him to get info on the charges. No paperwork just emails, he just handed me the keys. I asked him when closing was to drop it off, he said 6pm, but there was a drop box. After I was able to read the paperwork, there was a $15 drop box charge for after hours. I dropped it off before closing and waited by the U-Haul sign in the parking lot that said to wait and someone would check me in. After waiting for a while, and no one came, I went to the office and the door was locked and a sign on the door said they left for the day. I could hear sounds inside, so I knocked on the door and he unlocked the door and aske me what I wanted. He never looked at the truck or mileage or anything. I tried to give him a receipt for gas, but he said he did not need it. Just took the key and said I was good to go. I will not be happy if the 30 miles estimated is not adjusted to the 8 miles I actually drove, or if I am charged for gas, since I did fill it to the level on the contract. Pretty shoddy service U-Haul!

HAJI RTruck was filthy. Check engine light came on a few blocks after leaving location. Upon returning to location they determined it was associated with gas cap and fixed it. About 90 miles into the trip, I stopped to refill the washer fluid, but determined it did not need washer fluid, I erred in how to engage the washer fluid during the trip. Upon resuming our travels, I noticed the check engine light was on again. I stopped and checked the gas cap and looked into the engine compartment, but could not figure out what, if anything was wrong. The light remained on for the duration of the trip (280mi). I noted this to the drop off location. In addition, the U Haul app does not work. It never showed my reservation and at present still does not acknowledge the reservation. I also received three separate pickup locations and had to call around to figure out which one was accurate. It was also very difficult to get any information. I had to request an email from the scheduling location in my original location. When I received that email, I found the links also had no acknowledgment of my reservation. In essence the reservation was very frustrating and required a great deal of effort to confirm I even had a reservation and a pickup location. This part of the process was very difficult and needs improvement. I appears the software and the app is basically unusable.
