When I dropped off the trailer , I forgot to call. The operator at the U Haul center in Bellevue Idaho, said he was over stocked on trailers, but took mine in anyway. He was super nice and friendly, had me unhooked in seconds and I was on my way in less than 5 mins. Over all a great towing experience. If I ever need to tow again, I would not hesitate to use these guys.

Did not have any moving pads. This was a bid inconvenience because we had to use our own blankets and they got dirty and have to be cleaned.

There is no exterior lighting at this location. It is very dark and difficult to see when returning rentals after dark. Difficult to see the drop box and instructions on the exterior wall due to no lighting at all.

How this rental worked it was perfect. It was done remotely through the Boise Office. In Bellevue they had what I needed but not much inventory. I have not bought a trailer because of they have always been available to rent in Belllevue.

Drop off location is very small. We had no real interaction with any employees. No complaints though. It was quick and easy.

Wished we could have rented a cab in Twin Falls as driving to fro and to Belevue added to the miles used.

1) Tell me at least THREE days in advance whether you'll have a truck for me at my preferred location. If not, I need time to arrange an alternative. Even though I called daily for several days, I was not told until the day before my move whether you would have a truck for me. That makes planning a move more challenging than necessary. 2) Ensure the truck and cab are clean. The cab had crusted, rotting food between the seats, and the floors were sticky. When I pointed out part of the mess, the agent said I was being "nit-picky," so I didn't tell him about the rest—he didn't seem interested. 3) Fill the truck fuel before you rent it, and if someone returns it below full, use the $4/gallon + $30 that you charge them to fill the truck up again; don't give it out to the next person at 1/4 tank! The truck I received had a fuel tank that was just a quarter full, even though company employees were the last to drive the truck, and they could have filled it completely at the gas station virtually next door. In order for me to return it at a quarter tank, without running out of gas, and without putting in too much or too little fuel (both of which would cost me unnecessarily), I had to stop 4 times for gas on my 6-hour journey. It would be much easier if you just filled the truck, and then I could return it full after a single fuel stop, just like I do with the dozens of cars I rent each year. Your policy of "return it at a quarter tank" is unnecessarily complicated and/or costly.
