The app is horrendous to deal with. It cancelled me out of my return process so I hope it got returned correctly and I do t get any fees because of it.

Kris G.Unhelpful, dismissive and uncommunicative chain-smoking staff who double-parked my rental van on the sidewalk so tight against the building and other cars that I couldn't inspect the whole vehicle prior to pick-up. Didn't include furniture pads either. Worst uhaul experience I've had in 5 years as a customer.
