Be open on a Sunday as per what is on line on a Sunday. Closing at 10 am and advertising open til 12? Have your customer service on Reservations line do what was discussed. Better email updates reflecting reservation location change. The new location that was determined after our reservation was switched never called us to confirm as requested regarding pickup and drop off options. Better communication and availability with the actual location. Communication: No one answers the phone on site. Answer the phone!

Make sure the vehicle and the time of pick up is available!!! What the hell do you pay your staff?? They obviously hate their flipping job!! We will not ever rent from uhaul again. This was our second time and we thought we would give you one more try, we won’t do it again!! Unbelievable!!

Never answered a phone. Charged my visa before i recieved a trailer and again days after i dropped it off. I was double charged and no one answers a phone to resolve it.

Location help and support was wonderful, unfortunately dealing with UHAUL booking and scheduling was a terrible experience. Truck was confirmed to be ready at one location but no truck when we were ready for the move. Had to drive 1.5 hrs return to get a truck after 4 hrs on the phone with UHAUL.

We had a problem with our rental. I know it’s not your fault per se but we had to go to another location and pick up a trailer that was smaller than what we wanted. I could not pick up everything I wanted to pick up that day as a result. Less than satisfactory from that perspective but the people involved we’re all fine

The location at 62 Commerce Park Dr was not the location where we had booked our rental. We received an email stating that the truck that we had ordered would be waiting for us at the depot on Dunlop St. There was no truck there nor did they ever have them there according to the clerk. We then had to go to the depot at Commerce Park which took another hour (which made us late for the help that we had hired) and added several miles just to get what we had ordered weeks previous. The mileage on the receipt was not the same as that on the odometer. We then received an email during our very hectic day telling us that we had to drop the vehicle off at a place in the extreme East end of Toronto when we were going to the extreme West end. This we were able to change with several phone calls but it did add quite a bit of stress to our already stressful day. Also we had originally ordered a 10 foot truck but we had to take AND PAY FOR a 15 foot unit. All in all it was a bad experience that I would not wish to repeat or have anyone that I know go through.

It is unacceptable to change the pick up location without customer agreement to a location (barrie) that is more than 30 minutes driving away from the originally advertised pickup location on Orillia (3availble locations?!). That is Poor practice and service. No alternate solution were offered by the company, instead we were offered to PAY! for a toll dolly that should have not been necessary in the first place! Also we paid for extra gas that we were not reimbursed for... U-Haul? Never again!

It was never explained to me that this location would not be open for return at 3pm on Saturday afternoon. There was a Mickey Mouse sign on the door which said “we missed you. Call these two numbers for help” I called both numbers and they both went to voicemail. Neither was set up saying anything about U-Haul. I was unable to do mobile drop off as my phone wasn’t set up to do that. I called customer service and was first told that was my only option or to drive it on my gas and KM to another location. Which was not an option. I spoke to another person who helped me. The location store name on the bill didn’t match the store front sign. I was told by customer service that I would receive a email with closing info. I never got it. On Tuesday I received a text saying my rental had not been returned and I was being charged for extra days. I called the number provided and the person who answer never asked my name contract number or phone number. I explained the situation Briefly, to which he said it’s fine it’s been returned... but how did he know which truck I returned or who I was. I called customer service right after he hung up abruptly on me. They called him and he said his system was down. Customer service said I’d get my email by day end. Which I did not. Thursday I still had yet to get an email. I called again to customer service. And was told to call the store. As they had a hold on the contract. And there was nothing they could do. I called the store this morning once they opened. He said there was issues but he’d deal with it today. (Thursday). I just now received the bill. Overall horrible horrible horrible experience. What should have been a 10 min interaction for return took 5 days. And over an hour of phone calls. Not to mention the ONLY REASON I returned to this location instead of the one 10 mins from my house. Was that it was offered at a discount to return to this location. 30 mins away. I will NEVER use this location again. I have no idea how they are an authorized dealer. As my third rental this year. I’m very much considering never using U-Haul as my choice rental company. Extremely frustrated and annoyed

I want to know why my bill says that I am only entitled to a refund of $26.34 when the total bill was $122.76 and $201.75 was debited from my account (May 18) at the time of pick up? To-date I have not been able to get to the store during opening hours as I was out of the country and don't get into Barrie very often so you still have all the money ($78.99?) to be refunded to me

I booked the required truck and moving equipment online for this location and everything was confirmed however, when we got there to pick up the truck, they did not have the one I reserved. As a result we had to take a much larger truck which presented a parking problem for us at the destination of our load drop off. Additionally, I also did the online check in to save us some time at the point of pick up however, none of that information was appearing in their system which ended up causing a fairly significant delay for us. We likely won't rent from this location again.

Store clerk spoke very quietly and rudely, everything about the rental process was unclear and not explained to me. Received multiple phone calls harassing me over the course of the rental asking when I was returning the item, even though it was agreed that the rental was going to be of a certain length.

I walked in and two guys were on the couch. Didn't even look like a drop-off location. I was honestly hesitant to leave the trailer as no one checked the trailer or gave me any kind of paperwork to verify there were no damages. I kept my original contract just in case. The receipt I did receive via email verifying there is no damage has no signature from myself or the store owner. How am I to know this won't come back to me for any future damage without signatures?! Was this not something that should have been done at the location?
