No one was at the location and the building wasn't open. Even though we got there late ( after 10:00 AM). Called phone number posted on door several times and no one answered or called back after leaving message. Finally called customer service 1-800 number who walked me through self pick up. After finishing move and returning truck no one had showed up at location and there were several customers waiting to rent a truck. No service is worse than bad service.

joe T.Couldn't get 1st truck to unlock the word lock. Scheduling helped on 2nd truck but left me before I could unlock word lock and didn't work. Waited about n phone for one hour to try a third truck and finally able the open lock.
