There is no signage to easily identify the drop off location. Only a small box hanging on the side of the building. The online checkin process is cumbersome and difficult to navigate ESPECIALLY if the return is done at night. It should be made clear when choosing this return location that no staff is on-site and there is only dial in support to complete the process which takes more than 30 minutes to complete.
