Location was handy and clean. Not very inviting. It is an old repurposed gas station with vehicles everywhere. But it worked out just fine.

Owner stated I was a B**** because the code did not load on the app to unlock the lock box. I hung up. He called me back and said “I'm not your husband, sun or boyfriend and if you don't respect me I'm going to cancel your reservation, do you understand?†I hung up again and called customer service, who gave me the code. The owner, this location is contactless and he is not on site, changed my drop off location and I was charged an additional $300 because I did not respect him. Kousha Tabarroj is fraudulent and I've contacted the legal department to ask for assistance with this location. Also, as I was supposed to drop off at a different location, finding this out at drop off, I called the Uhaul rep and she said I could leave it at the location, which she was not supposed to tell me nor did she tell me I would incur a charge.
