Was greeted by marijuana smoke and barking pit bull in the back of a building felt unsafe then the truck it was filthy in the front and back someone obviously was living in it pet hair everywhere and mudin the back of trailer had to pay $30 at a Carwash to get it sprayed out then had to wait on it to dry and it was still residue all on my mileage and gas to make it worse there is a grinding problem on passenger side I want to say it’s wheel hub issue it tremendously affecting gas mileage and straining engine and transmission
Terry CI did the online check in and it did not speed up my pick up process at all. I had to verbally confirm all check in details when I arrived again which was confusing.
Meagan SThe truck was dirty when I picked it up. The A/C knob was broken so I could not adjust the A/C all, which means the gas burned quicker. The tire pressure indicator was illuminated as soon as I turned the truck on. The location of the truck was not the safest and also not paved fully. I won’t be returning to that specific location to rent another U-Haul. However, the young man who assisted me at the counter of Grand Auto was very nice and helpful.
Will JOwner of facility tried to refuse drop off and was very hostile.
