could not believe this is a location that represents Uhaul. We showed up to get our van and it was a boarded up building with a RV on the side of it I guess where the owners where living? She was very nice but the van was extremely dirty. When I turned it in I was charged a $25 cleaning fee? You have to be kidding. When I opened the passenger door after I got it a half drank gatoraide bottle fell out. What a joke.Derek D.

One huge issue that I've always run into every single time and on this trip I've had to outsource but and pay extra money out of my own pocket for equipment that you guys as a company can never keep track of. This makes an already difficult process even harder and requires time to be wasted. As a company that rents out trucks and equipment everything should be serial numbered and kept track of to make the process of moving easier for the client because my move experience with uhaul was absolutely horrible. I had my reservation changed last minute, I had the person I spoke with tell me I can pick the truck up from one location and then go scavenger hunt around for the equipment I reserved in a truck that gets charged by the mile, and then tell me I could pick up everything in one location and then arriving to find out I can only pick up the truck and 1/3 of the equipment I reserved, and then go to another location to find out they don't have anything after being told they did and that they should have a back stock of equipment. And then after talking with the final lady at the uhual place in Denton Texas she put in for me to be charged $0.10 a mile for the inconvenience of everything that I went through and have had already wasted my morning and set my move back and put me behind by hours. That request was never fulfilled and this whole process and how you guys treat people who rent from you and expect you to have the equipment that we reserve is a horrible system and your website needs to be changed if this ever happens and takes affect that if you don't have the equipment don't let customers reserve it because then you give clients this false hope and false advertising of equipment that no one in your company would know if you have it or not. This has to be changed to be able to keep track of all equipment that you offer for rental.Michael M.
Great service by the owners. Very helpful and informative. Struggled with the pickup through corporate as they required someone to answer the phone at 7:30am from a random number in order to confirm reservation. Frustrating to say the least and delayed pick up significantly. I would rent again as owners were great.Lee W.

Customer service at the time of pick up was great. I was informed that the designated return time was after the location would be closed, so I had until the following morning to return the truck. You initially tried to charge me for extra time. The updated invoice I just received has a $20 after hours service charge. Unacceptable.Josh V.
