The truck I rented had a lot of gravel in the truck bed when I picked it up. It wasn't horrible, but I had to sweep it out before I could load the furniture I wanted to move. Other than that, everything was great! The attendant was especially helpful.

Rented a 15’ foot vehicle four days prior to needing to pick it up and found out an hour before getting there that it wasn’t going to be available so I had to take a 20’ footer instead. After the initial conversation I had over the phone I was told when I got there that U-Haul would give me the same rate for the 20’ as the 15’ I originally put a reservation in for so that was very much appreciated. I also rented a hand truck dolly 4 days prior and when I got there they had none available making my job moving even harder but it was done none the less. Matthew was very nice to deal with. You might want to carry boxes, pads and other moving items though so people like me don’t have to go to another U-Haul location to get those and then go to your location to get the truck.
