The guy working the counter was rude and completely useless. He didn't even have buttons on his shirt exposing his not so hot bod.. No help at all. I brought the equipment back early, the guy didn't process the return while I was there just said “I'll check it in later, take it easy†(after refusing to help me park the equipment) resulting in an email from U-Haul stating my return was late and needing following up on.
Jordan A.When another customer goes online and decides to book for a truck and 2 dolly's. Make sure to have their 2 dolly's inside of the truck for use! Somehow if they are not in there and they booked them. Give their money back for not having them! Same thing with the multiple cushion rags.
thomas B.Had a hard time returning to drop off location do to they said they had no room for it and we had to return equiment to another location and then they said the same thing, they had no room for it, but finally took it at the second location. Should be able to dropp off at the location that was gave to us instead of making us run around looking for a place to except it. Dont think I will be using uhaul again.
