I was ripped off from this place and they have horrible customer service and unsafe standards. The trailer was parked on a hill and they have no one to be able to assist loading/moving trailers. I sliced open my finger trying to stop the trailer from rolling down the hill. I was charged a $20 after hours fee due to returning the trailer and not putting it in the correct location because there was a vehicle parked where I was supposed to return the trailer. Never using Uhaul ever again.Aaron B.
Office is filthy. Nobody in office could assist with hookup due to physical limitations. Yard/lot is small and cluttered very difficult to maneuver your vehicle attempting hookup or drop off.Timothy W.

The place smelled of cigarette smoke so bad that we had to walk out. We had rented the U-Haul for 8AM. We received a call the day before saying that we could not pick it up until 9AM. When we got there at 9:05 the trailer was not ready and we finally left there at 9:45. The person that was at the desk when we arrived used vulgar language several times complaining about the IT department at U-Haul. I would not recommend this location to anybody.Steve S.
I was not informed this location was closed on weekends or at least on Saturday. Calling the phone number did nothing but put me to a voicemail that was full. The fuel was at 9/16 and not at 1/2.PATRICK H.
Daves Certified Service is a dirty and disheveled establishment. The Uhaul I picked up from their shop had a large crack in the side-wall of one of the tires - I had to call roadside assistance before even leaving my house. All that aside, there were no major issues with the trailer on the road, and I did save a lot of money by going this route.Nathan M.

Take this site off of the map. The operators there are the most unprofessional service providers I've ever encountered. I was treated rudely, sworn at and yelled at almost in the same breath both at pick up and return. You seriously need to look at the reviews for this site. They are very unbecoming of U-haul. If my rent reservation gets moved to this site as this rental had I will cancel it on the spot.darrell B.
Dave was great. Very friendly and went through everything on the contract for me. But I originally booked and confirmed a truck at the Shell station on Wisconsin Avenue in Appleton. That guy speaks very poor English, shouldn't be in customer service and was laughing about the fact that he didn't have a truck available for me. I was not then nor am I still happy about that situation. Needless to say that I won't ever use his business for anything again. I put the truck and trailer thru a lot on my trip from Washington state to Wisconsin.. mountains, hard braking when necessary. Equipment was obviously well-maintained. Was never nervous about how it would perform. Was never nervous about how it would perform.SANDRA E.
The individual connecting the trailer to my truck was unusual to put it nicely. There was a problem with the connection point because of corrosion, the problem was simple to solve just disconnect, clean the plug, and reconnect it. But in the process, the worker kept insisting I turn my headlight switch all the way to the right and doing it himself 2x even after I kept insisting that is not how my truck works. The worker finally decided to get a tester and verify my truck was bad in his mind after 5 minutes of wasted time the worker finally allowed me to get down disconnect the plug reconnect it and everything worked fine. Then the worker proceeded to tell me that when I return the trailer I have to back it in, then continued to instruct me on how to back up a trailer?Timothy R.
The worst experience I have ever had first disgustingly dirty then when dropping it back off they removed the trailer from my new truck and let it slam into my truck putting a big gouge in my truck. After watching that the employee started swearing at me and stating it was my fing fault. Very upset with their services expecting your insurance company to cover the damage let alone expect a refund for the disrespect I got very disturbing how people can be treated. I am in customer service and this was horrible. I am expecting to hear from someone with an apology and payment for damage to my brand new 2020 Silverado. Very unhappy.Joel W.
The rear passenger tire on the truck was very bald. The drop off location caught it. The didn't record the mileage of the truck correctly which resulted in us being over by 20,000 miles. That's right, 20K miles.Michael T.
When I got to the pickup location I was told that they did not have the truck I reserved (26 foot truck). Was told that there were no trucks available at any location in the area. After about 15 min they offered me a 15 foot truck that had to check in yet. U-haul traffic hindered the entire day as I had to make multiple trips to clear out of the apartment by the time I needed to be out by.Adam P.
