There was a garage sale going on and the guy was busy dealing with that. I had to wait about a half hour, was told I was late, and ended up being over charged. The place was disgusting. Not happy
Michael S.Truck was dirty inside and had stuff inside had to wait till everything was unloaded off and Waited an hour to get my rental ended up getting a different truck then what it was assigned to me and got over charge for who knows what would not recommend

don S.I'm not sure if the U-haul software is bad or the people were incompetent on the computer. Had to give all my information 3 times. It took 30 minutes to complete the rental. They kept blaming the website.
