I was never met with an associate to check in and hook up the trailer. The man was called by a cashier, he said get his name and number. I gave it, she said just go get the one you reserved. I hooked up to the only 6x12 out there and left. Uhaul called later with a message about missing my pickup appointment. I already had the trailer loaded by then. Customer service personnel were great in assuring me that no issues would arise by my hooking up and leaving. They helped guide me through finishing the reservation and reserving my chosen return location. I will never pick up anything from Pritchard Foods ever again.

When I called a staff member told me I could only drop the truck off at 730am when her manager was there. After reviewing the return details online, I did the drop off remotely and uses the key drop off box which was a great experience.

Theresa ETrailer drop off was uneventful at my selected location. The vendor easily located my rental in the system, recorded its return and sent my return confirmation to my email. His receiving records acknowledged my return of the trailer to his location, not that which the U-haul ordering system software arbitrarily selected. The issue U-haul has is with its software/ordering system, which is onerous to navigate when it circumvents the renter's wishes. The ordering system also piecemeals out additional forms, commentaries and instructions via emails/SMS after the renter completes the online ordering and payment process. The local vendors' staffs are courteous and conscientious in representing your company.
