Your review of system is sub par. It does not consider the survey conducted. Yes, the service was good; however the request and subsequent follow up was annoying. Indeed it prompted a reply but overall a 4.3 service I now downgrade to 3.2. Based on the fact that the counter in person customer service repeatedly made me wait to serve another customer while checking out. I would not want to interact with a machine or locking mechanism to find the key, however feel all employees need to understand how to operate a service provided within their proclaimed arena.

Molly SThe internet there stinks for everyone trying to do mobile pick up. It takes forever to load every page and there are a lot of steps that need to happen. Maybe some service providers have better coverage but everyone I know who has picked up from this location has had issues with the internet and going through the mobile pick up process.
Christopher JThe gas was on empty, well just a hair above. All the tires but one were well below their air fill as the screen in the van let me know, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I thought the 20 bucks and gas would be my bill, but this unsafe barely ready van cost me 110. I dove 36 miles and returned it writhing 2 hrs. Did I mention that you self serve system crashed after I entered pics and info dozens of time and it took me literally 2 full hours of trying making calls waiting for return calls etc until I was able to retrieve the key. This meant I got the car 30 mins after my reservation. I was outside in the cold doing this. I’m 62 years old and had no intention of trying to fill the tires with air. Not good. In fact, this was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I feel I should be refunded.
SHEILA WCheck in process could be done all before. The verification of id and reference phone numbers. The check in process was all incredibly inefficient and dangerous cause it was 4am and a police approached us. The rest was fine. Especially drop off.
