Tell people there’s gonna be an up charge for a renewal how much it’s gonna be and give them another option if for any reason, they can’t make it back in time. I feel as though I was overcharged like crazy. I could’ve made it back the night that I was supposed to bring it back, but I was exhausted after unloading the entire U-Haul with only three people where I was going, after having all odds turned against me that night and having to drive it for the first time by myself. I would never recommend this specific location or even U-Haul in general to anybody if this is how they treat their valued customers. Not only was I overcharged, but I feel like I was scammed First you charge me for $207 in the beginning and then another 300 something dollars and drop the first 207? Sounds crazy but I would love to hear from somebody directly and not have a callback line. call me. When I tried to contact U-Haul about this problem , the U-Haul callback line will not connect me with an agent fast enough even though the callback line called me back twice. I waited on hold for over five minutes and by the time I needed to do something else because I was on a time schedule today I had to hang up because I had to clock in for work. I am over the moon pissed with you all.
