Serenity D | ReservationI had a rental reservation 6-8-23 I went to the location and was denied access through the gate the man that was there said to my daughter (I don't care what you have reserved we don't have anything available and basically told her she can not come in he was extremely rude and disrespectful and I tried to call several times to confront him about his actions and the reservations no one answered the phone so my experience was Poor and I need that person held responsible Sam Tynes
