I made a reservation and paid for a small unit and when I came to put stuff in it they had given it to someone els. So I had to pay for a large unit I had to close after one month because I couldn’t afford it
Semilla Murray | Overall ExperienceUpon rental, the storage unit smelled like mildew. Luckily it aired out and did not smell bad during the month it was in use. The unit had a leak in the roof, which destroyed one box of my belongings. Thankfully I found that out and moved out of the unit before any more damage was done. Overall this was not a good storage experience, which was shocking because I thought the name UHaul meant higher quality moving and storage. Now I know better.
Tiffany Warriner | Overall ExperienceThe access hours advertised on the website are incorrect, this was both disappointing and ruined my moving/storage plans. The gentleman who helped me at the front desk seemed confused on how to work the computer system, which delayed me by a half hour, I should have just ordered a new unit online, which is quick and easy. Online I got a free lock, however when I did the unit transfer I had to pay for the lock, which was also disappointing. If I had known the facility would only be open during office hours then I would have looked elsewhere for my storage needs.

Jan Marnell | Online Move InThe facilities availability of storage units is inconsistent with the U-Haul website and application dashboard. I was led to believe that I was getting a 10 x 10 x 10 roll up when in fact, none were available when I arrived with my things. I had to pay for two smaller units, increasing my total cost of storage and reducing the convenience. It’s not the staffs fault, but the owners of the facility and U-Haul need to get their information straight. Although unintentional, it had the appearance of a bait and switch. You need to do better for your staff and your customers. You got a good rating from me because the staff earns it.

wesley Williford | Overall ExperienceOK here's the deal we tried 3 TIMES to put this unit in to DeeDee name and take it out of mine I was just doing her a favor and once we waited over 30mins to just that they look at our I D' S typed on key board went and got someone else to show them how and said done now you want me to pay 1800$ so no I'm not happy with your service, and why on earth would you allow it to get that high before selling her belongings is beyond me that's on you guys , now it's up to you to try and find her I've been tring for months , not to be rude but I'll not pay a dime for your guys mistake , my name is MARTIN M. CAMPUSANO, who you want is DELISS JONES, PLEASE FIND her and send her this outrageous bill for it was her stuff you sold not mine thank you and have a nice day,
martin campusano | Overall ExperienceDidn't make reservations for storage and van, so when I came in I almost had no way to move or place to put my stuff. I then got lucky and wasn't told I needed card not cash.
NATHANIEL PATTISON | First ImpressionsThe storage was fine but the fact that I pod my month up and left my storage unit clean and ready to be re rented 19 days before the next payment was due and I got non of my money back is much like robbery. Your company will keep my over $100 and rent the unit out tomorrow and take someone else’s money. Your business practices are immoral and should be illegal and I will never recommend usage of your facility again.

Denise Mcfarland | First ImpressionsI reserved two units through the 800 go uhaul service number and when I got there they only had one unit. I had to find a unit at another storage company. Meanwhile I had a moving crew at $150 hour sitting idle. The other storage company informed me that what happened to me happening all the time with Uhaul clients. Generally, I have used Uhaul many times and am great full for their produce but this is an issue I hope they will address.
