Their staff was very helpful. The storage is very clean. This is the second time I have used this facility for short time storage. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing extra storage space.
Connie T | First ImpressionsI had many paintings I stored in my unit and had placed them up of the floor in the space at the farthest end from the door. When I went to get my belongings I could only get the door partially open due to some damage to the door since i had put my belongings in. When i got close to the end I started noticing some boxes were wet and moldy. The water was coming in from the farthest point and had gotten all my paintings wet and ruined. I was asked if I had bought the insurance which I thought was more for theft. I'm out several thousand dollars because of what I feel is something that should have been caught before I rented the unit. Will not suggest uhaul to anyone.

And because I was not given a big enough storage it took me a long time to figure out what I could get in there and how to put it in there! Because I'm moving out of town I have to get rid of a lot of stuff...I have nowhere to put the rest 😢 I've never had this problem before with this company until now.
