The facility was nice and easy to get to, our only complaint was that some of our stuff did suffer water damage due to the weather conditions and had to be thrown out, it had been a very hot and fairly rainy summer though so that can't be helped really, and it's not their fault. Just keep in mind especially if you plan to keep things for an extended period of time. However that's not the end of the world and we didn't lose anything important. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, helpful, understanding, and willing to work with you if you need it!
