I like the location but ,the other people broke the security key pad. Someone ran it over so it wouldn't work. It's sad because you have a nice parking area and gat system. Thank you

Melinda C | Overall ExperienceThe management of this facility is impossible to deal with. The rental was for a single parking space for a boat. I could not get anyone to understand that we vacated the parking space. 7 months later, I'm still dealing with them to deactivate the account. This is after discussions with them on phone, numerous emails, discussions with U-Haul, and sending them actual photos of the vacated parking space. Don't know why it's so difficult to manage rentals, but they make it look impossible to manage!!!
