He thanked me for notifying him and then hung up.Given that I had to pay rent for the month of June and today is June 2, it’s clear that failure to refund any of the $250 I paid, my money has been pocketed. This is pretty much theft, The lack of ethics in dealing with me will be posted on Yelp.
