Honestly after U-Haul took over this property that was previously privately owned, the manager Tammie took away the dumpster, and I had to go into the store 3 times because the security software for the gate kept causing issues and I would have to go into the store to get them to enable access, and no credit was ever offered.

We make a reservation to pick up the truck at a convenience location because we didn't have a car and could walked ... the day before we call just to confirm the pick up time and they told us we needed to go and pick up the truck at another town 25 miles away (nobody notified us of any changes) ... then the day of pick up after confirming the day before they changed again the location for pick up in Downtown Denver, now this time was over 30 miles away... oh Boy!! And they wanted to give me the truck with cero gas in it.... goodness!!! .... What else could come wrong!?? To our surprises they didn't have the storage unit we "reserved online", the attendance told us there was not a reservation and they gave us another unit not convenience for my elderly Mom and extra storage unit had to be rented because the size we reserved was not available ...Definitely won't EVER use this company again... they need to get their stuff together, no way to serve anyone!!!

Michael A | First ImpressionsOver all my experience was great! I would suggest several large dumpsters and have them serviced weekly. The current one dumpster dumped once or twice a month is not adequate for the needs of your customers. Thank you for a good overall experience.
