The staff was very kind and helpful. I loved the security I felt upon entering the facility. The grounds and storage were very clean. Unfortunately the price is way too high.

The app has gotten better but I had to use the office to check out because it wouldn’t allow a digital signature marked REQUIRED Most times thinking about U-Haul was depressing but I knew my items were clean and secure. That said I Will probably not use U-Haul for storage again for an extended period of time
