What set my experience apart was the service that was given by your rep.Erick. I'd dealt with several other employees at this location and at a previous location a few years ago, some reps.were helpful others not so much. Erick, however, stood out amongst them all. He went the extra mile to help me understand the terms of my agreement and what I could do during a very difficult family crisis. He is an excellent representative of your firm. He is kind, helpful and professional and goes the extra mile. I sincerly hope someone in your corporate offices will give him the recognition that he so well deserves. Because of his outstanding service I will not hesitate to refer your company to others. Thank you.

From the moment I walked through the door to under go the process of signing into a storage unit and getting the remainder of my belongings into a safe place was very pleasant and hassle free. Both of the young ladies who manage the front desk are very friendly and professional. A couple of days after placing my things in storage, I visited my unit because I wanted to sell a rug I had. I kind of hung around inside of my unit until I was able to get a hold of the woman who was purchasing it. After about 20 minutes of waiting in my unit, I heard the woman who manages the front desk drive up on her golf cart and she began questioning me. I could appreciate her as her vigilance makes me feel safe knowing that nothing gets past her. He he he. The property is full of cameras, the unit was the perfect size for what I have and the staff is very attentive, hard working and sweet. I feel I made two friends at their property. High quality staff, safe storage units and enough space to store belongings!
