Everything was great except I’ve talked to someone 3 times about cancelling my storage unit and I still don’t have a confirmation that it’s been cancelled yet. I’ve had my things moved out since the 26th and for whatever reason, yesterday I received a call asking me to pay for that unit. I just don’t get where the hand up is and that’s very frustrating.
