The constant temperature was a blessing both in summer and in winter. I highly rate the cleanliness throughout the building and it was convenient to have a bathroom available if needed.

Tom S | Overall ExperienceI had a storage unit at In-Towne Storage for 4 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility. Cathy and staff were always pleasant and accessible. There was one incident where one of the couches I had in there get water damage from a leak in the roof and the couch was ruined but I was going to get rid of it anyways. I told Cathy that and she said that the staff would take care of it when I moved out and they did. Additionally, I moved out in early Sept and they reimbursed me for the 26 days I wasn't going to be there. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Warren M | ReservationWe love the location of the facility, but our spot was not ideal with the trailer that was parked in the spot in front of us and the trees that line the back of our spot left our boat cover stained and covered in debris. Now - it's not the end of the world and we will be back in the spring - if you have something available, but hoping we can get a more open spot. We shall see. Thanks and see you all in 2024.
