James P | Overall ExperienceI relocated to the Redwood storage facility after having a vehicle stolen from unit F52 at the north temple facility. Although you have video security there is no other protection . in todays age there is numerous systems available to avoid illegal access and I believe that your security system needs to be updated
GREG A | Overall ExperienceI would first love to thank Angie the storage Mgr. She is amazing and great customer service. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this place to my friends is because of my personal experience there. I was there 2 months in a 20×30 and anyobes nightmare happened ..... yep I was robbed. I had to call the cops get a report and it seems to me that the cops just don't care. They are not helpful however the officer I got was very nice and down to earth. Angie has been there since the moment I asked about my lock being gone. I'm not sure of the outcome because I haven't reached the end yet but I hope it is a better ending than a add on to my nightmare. The price is kinda high and there is no access 24/7 it's actually 6am to 10pm and that is a let down too causecthey don't explain that to u when u sign ur name. The staff is great all the way around to bad that don't make up for the s^@$ show I've been through.
