Thomas H | Overall ExperienceEverything went smoothly to the point where I can't imagine it could have gone better. Diedre is an excellent communicator and very pleasant to deal with. Since my assigned parking place was at the end of a row, I asked her if she could see and approve where I had backed in by looking at the security cameras. Since she could not due to an issue with the system, she walked back with me to approve it since I didn't want any issues.
