The entire experience was great the availability, the timing and 99.99% of the employees. A few were very grouchy and unpleasant however, the good and friendly ones made the others not important. The free month rent for the storage locker with my truck rental was great. I think the storage lockers are just a little high priced but that is not the staffs fult overall the experience was great and would for sure go back and refer people as well

He was very patient and was willing to help im anyway that he could. He even went as far as allowing someone to use his personal phone. His patience and kindness really made the transition smooth even tho the systems went offline.

AMANDA C | First Impressionswho doesn't have elevators for a storage unit - people are storing boxes, furniture, etc....i have bad knees -having to visit my unit to get anything out is a huge issue. If it had not been free, i would have requested a refund and my items will not be there any longer than 30 days. I cannot go get items i need because there isnt an elevator.

As an added bonus, they had a on site place to purchase supplies needed for handling a move. I would highly recommend U-Haul for your moving and rental needs.

Donna K | Overall ExperienceGlad my stuff outta that storage facility was great when i first stored my stuff there facility went though so main staff members phone skills and friendliness too customer on phone and in person need stop put customer ok long hold assit them immediately if need or emergency was great when I first used now never ever go this location or recommend too anyone I would recommend another locations that care or more friendlier just being honest on my experience that why I give the rated do how I was treated after try get my stuff out I feel like I was over charged other charges may been right I feel like it wasn't unprofessional that I got after they try be nice but too late first impression always last impression...
