I’m very satisfied with my storage space. Access could’ve been a little better but not impossible to get to.

I been moved out months ago and was charged
QUENTIYA R | Overall ExperienceThe website says there is an office open between 7a-7p. Myself and several other customers were unable to locate an office or a human being despite it being during those hours. It was very frustrating. Had I not already had my truck load of belongings to unload I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Also the sliding lock part to open the door was very hard to slide and I struggled with it for at least 10 minutes. Again of course there was no one to speak to for assistance even tho it was during those hours.

WAYNE M | Overall ExperienceI move out on January 30th 2024 prior to my due date. I made sure it was clean out and sweep. The wrong date for move out listed is wrong. I have photos to prove. The staff I called when I finish moving out at the hwy 85 Uhaul. He told me that he would note it. Obviously he didn't because the date for move out above on you all part is not accurate. He told me that the property manager will walk the property on January 31. 2024 and note I move out. I move out January 30,2024 I left out the gate at 6:10 pm and have all photos of the clean storage and leaving out the gate. Elizabeth Ross-Hamilton The staff at hwy 85 is really friendly.

Muriel D | First ImpressionsThere was a stranger on property the pretend to work there and said he would get up some trash for me and he didn't later on I was notified that I was to pick up my trash and I would be fined 50 .00. It was my shame that I gave a stranger 15.00 bucks that's on me but I came the same day uhal called but the trash was gone so I was forced to ,pay 50.00 .What I had in your storage wasn't worth the total price of storage so I lost my stuff..
