The only “negative” point is related to the access hours that were changed recently. It is very inconvenient this new limitation.

The staff has diligently addressed the issue but has been unable to control it. As a result, safety for customers and even for staff has deteriorated.

Excellent service mais l'intercom à la porte des unités d'entreposage ne fonctionne pas, veuillez le réparer. J'ai dû remarcher jusqu'au comptoir dans l'autre édifice, pas agréable. Si vous offrez un intercom, ce qui est excellent, il devrait fonctionner. En arrivant au comptoir, un employé était disponible pour m'aider, il aurait donc pu répondre à l'intercom. Il est venu, il y avait un problème avec l'entrée des codes. 3. Vous avez un superbe plan de l'édifice sur la facture. Vous pourriez y ajouter un plan visuel pour expliquer comment ouvrir la porte avec les deux codes à entrer de chaque côté de la porte. C'était pas clair. Merci à vous !

I have unpacked all the boxes and found no indications of bugs or other unwanted intruders. In fact, this is the second time I have stored things with Uhaul, and I had the same pleasant experience with the other Quebec City location.

Tristan S | Overall ExperienceI dropped my furniture at 2495 Henri Bourassa Quebec city on March 30th 2023. I went back one month later just to check on the storage unit and the lock was changed and over $1,200 of my items were stolen. I've tried to reach out several times to the general manager by calling going in person emailing and she does not respond to me. The police were involved I've heard nothing from nobody. I called the head office to report it. They told her she had 72 hours to respond to me that was a month ago I even went back in person and she told her staff she would contact me by the next day at the latest. Still no response and I would like to be refunded for my stolen items. This is not acceptable I paid to have my things safely stored and somebody broke into the locker and replaced the lock they had to cut the lock off and give me a new lock. I had one key and U-Haul had the other key. When are you right The key was nowhere to be found at the U-Haul that's why they had to cut the lock off and then I called the police. I would appreciate having my money refunded to me ASAP for my stolen items thank you
