CARSON F. | Overall ExperienceThey messed up my reservation and I had to find a facility last minute with a truck full of all my belongings. Then we were charged additional mileage on our truck rental when we had to relocate to another facility. I had originally booked a first floor (larger) unit and they tried to assign me a second floor smaller unit with no elevator/lift to move my belongings. They did not tell me it was a second floor until the guy walked me back. I had called the number listed under my reservation for Poway to confirm the day before. When I asked why they didn't have my reservation the guy told me that I should have called his location directly. I called the number listed in my confirmation email under Poway!!!! It was a very frustrating situation to deal with in the rain and then to get an additional charge for mileage after having to scramble for another location to was not ideal! I would not recommend the Poway location! Nobody there was helpful or easy to deal with.
