JADA S | First ImpressionsEmployees was stealing people money and not putting them on the books, a lot of people lost there units and sensitive items due to this. Higher upset never handle the situation correctly. Instead they keep a balance on people units and made them still pay. They cut locks of and put there own lock on when they please I’m missing items. Also they put you name on other accounts and charge you money and you don’t even have the unit.

Lynette B | Overall ExperienceThey assign a unit that was already taken 1st!!! Then we had to wait for paperwork for a new unit that same day. Then MY FRIEND had to help a lady remove her stuff from the NEW UNiT was were assign! Once her stuff was out we moved out in. 3 days later I get a call asking if I had a UNIT there. I was told my lock was cut off & I had to come get a new key that they replaced with the one they cut. I’m confused on how y’all get my money but don’t knw if I have a unit. I request my funds back & removed my belongings almost a week later & still no refund for this stupid unit $150 down the drain. No one in that location was helpful at all.
