Patricia P | Overall ExperienceBest Storage in Pensacola. The staff was helpful and polite, going above & beyond for there customers. The facility was clean and my unit was brand new inside. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Storage & A-Less Storage.
Frederic F | Overall ExperienceDO NOT RENT HERE!!!! AWFUL When I first attempted to move in, the unit I rented already had a lock on it. My original unit was supposed to be AC controlled. I was told that there were only units without AC left. Having no other choice, I took that unit. It was a hassle to get into as I was only given a temporary code then a code for the original unit. I only ever physically talked to someone who works there a total of one time. My storage unit had water in it on the floor. My boxes were destroyed and any wood furniture I had is in the dumpster now. All of my clothes are moldy. I filed an insurance claim, but Emerald Coast couldn't even prorate my rent even though I moved out immediately. I am paying for the whole month of September (even though I have been completely moved out for 2 weeks) because technically my 30 day notice was not put in until the 16th. Thats fine... it is what I agreed to in the contract... However, you would think that they would offer some kind of discount/prorated rent for all of my stuff being destroyed. This place is such a waste of money. Honestly, just leaving everything outside would probably be just as safe from damage as it would be putting it into their dark, wet, roach and bug infested units.
