I reserved a unit days prior to a move when we got to town I called and talked to Kristen. Then when I arrived a super nice guy got me all hooked up. This is my first time using a storage unit so he even walked me over showed me how to use the check in machine and even let me borrow a lock till I got back with mine. Overall my experience was awesome!!

I had done an online reservation and when I got there no unit was available. But he quickly did a juggling act and found me a unit and I was ready to go. Always accommodating.

Everything went very well.

Kiersten has been a great professional. The need I had for storage with safety and convenience was understood. The needs I had for a move to another state were managed and a plan for loading, travel, and unloading were accurately predicted. Every employee was professional and pleasant. Kiersten’s friendly approach as she delivered information was appreciated. I had the opportunity to see Kiersten and her team responded to unreasonable demands by this talent of presenting options and information which calmed the situation. Kiersten does a fantastic job. TIFFANY AND THE OTHER GIRL DO A GREAT JOB I BEEN THERE FOR ABOUT 4 OR 5 MONTHS AND THEY ALWAYS MADE SURE I WAS OK ASWELL AS MY UNIT I COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER PLACE TO KEEP MY STUFF STORAGED THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THANK U GUYS UNTIL NEXT TIME.....

Staff was not knowledgeable concerning the insurance requirements (type, coverage). After providing proof of insurance via a 3rd party, the staff was unhelpful In resolving an internal I haul system conflict requirement that required information not pertinent to the insuring organizations. Instead of resolving the problem through a creatively solution, the staff pushes responsibility back on the customer to remedy an issue that affects uhual. I find issue that requirements such as the insurance and specific lock requirements to be highly irregular for uhual rentals I’ve under gone in the past. This information is not disclosed during reservations and seems to serve as a snare trap for customers already under going a stressful activity with relocating.

Used for about a year. Completely happy

My furniture was damaged although it was in a air conditioning unit, the manager Krissy at the pace Blvd location was rude and unprofessional to the customers
