At moveout time Dave was just great in making sure our son was picked up from the airport and that all went efficiently. Can’t say enough good things about the place. I spoke with another facility in Anchorage at another time. The difference was night and day. Save yourself time and just go straight to Diamond.
Katie M | Overall ExperienceI cannot say enough good things about my experience with Diamond Self Storage. The staff was friendly, and helpful upon our check in. Their shuttle service was awesome, and so helpful when you have a lot of luggage, and or animals - which we had both. But, they went above and beyond when our car would not start. Our car was in the storage facility for 10 months over a long cold winter, and our car battery was completely dead when we tried to get the car out of the storage. We could not even get the remote to work to open the car door. Diamond Storage to the rescue. They helped us figure out how to get in the car without using the remote. They then brought a portable charger out to try to start the car. That didn't work, so the assistant manager brought his personal car around, and tried his jumper cables. The car still did not start, but they did everything they could to help us out. When ended up having to take an Uber out, and I was trying to figure out how to get our luggage and animals to the front of the facility. Diamond Storage was like- no problem, we will send the shuttle around to get you and bring you to the front to catch the Uber. Can't say enough good things ...... Thanks Diamond Storage! Ask for Annette! She is an awesome GM and goes out of her way to be helpful!

The facility itself definitely has the best accessibility, availability, size, and cleanliness in all of Anchorage. Military friendly location. Overall fantastic experience.

Originally when we moved into the storage facility there was a dumpster that wasn’t emptied for an excessive amount of time and was overflowing, the dumpster was then removed, but never replaced. With as much as storage units cost, maintaining a single dumpster is not too much to ask.
