This is a great facility with friendly and professional staff. The unit was clean and well lit, easy to access . Would definitely rent a storage unit with Champion at the Palatka location again! Thank you to the staff who made this a pleasant experience!

Very helpful. That being said, I was terribly disappointed with the price increase of my unit. But, otherwise, happy with the staff & unit.

Wayne W. | Overall ExperienceStorage rent went up 2 or 3 times in the 20 months we were there. Had a rat nesting in one of the totes. I did let Rachel, I believe her name was know. She said it was because of the airport being behind the unit. It was cheaper to just buy a shed. We still have 2 units in climate control there.

Ownership needs to have the gate repaired back to a functioning state to maintain safety/security of the compound's tenants & employees. •Thank You.

I wanted to get my belongings out before the next billing date, they ignored my phone calls and refused to answer any questions! When I was finally able to reach the manager they held my belongings hostage and continued to bill me when I didn't want the storage ! Still haven't been able to get my things from their unit... they threw my kids stuff away! Horrible people !

Joanna W. | Overall ExperienceThe facility had tons of roaches and was constantly an issue which led me to finding another storage facility. After being in the unit for two months the price was increased $50 but nothing was added (I.e. additional bug spray, more lighting, nothing). On top of that I moved out on the 5th but was not pro rated anything back after having paid the entire month. The only positive thing I can say is the staff was very friendly.
