JOBEAR D | Overall ExperienceMy unit was broken into and they called my disconnect phone and when couldn’t reach me they stopped. No attempt to email. When I went in a week after the u it had been vandalized they told me that it was my fault I was not contacted because my phone number was wrong. Their behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. When I asked when it had been broken into no one could tell me, but they did say they weren’t reporting it to police that this was my responsibility. I got a truck and moved my remaining things out that same day. Completely lacking in all aspects and not a place to ever consider trusting with your items.

Jason s | Overall ExperienceOnly had a few problems over many years. Dumb customers parked Uhaul trucks when returning at night that blocked gate. Maybe put up signs or paint yellow stripes. Second, something should be done about the stray cats. There are a lot of them running around and I see them every time I went to the facility. They broke into my boat and destroyed the interior.

HRUDHAY D | Overall ExperienceIn the past, I have worked with a few big companies as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Here is my improvement advice to Sr. Management. 1. There should be an online payment system instead of calling on the phone for the payment. 2. Employees were not dressed well as compared to other storage. 3. Lighting is not very good. 4. There should be a restroom. I saw a few people looking for the restroom. 5. There are not many pallets. I saw only 1 pallet in my area. Once I saw a few people just waiting for the pallets.

JOSEPH M | Overall ExperienceBesides prices going up unexpectedly, I have no complaints about thw service offered. It was the most reasonably priced facility in May 2021, and it's in a fairly good neighborhood and location.
