This storage facility is quick to take your money on auto pay but when you give 30 days notice as what their guidelines are, they all of the sudden stop responding to emails and keep trying to charge your card!! This has happened to myself and 2 other people I know of as of just recently!

Although the staff was nice, the bookkeeping was only accurate for the first two months of our nearly two year rental period. All in all, this was a very frustrating experience.

During this time, our RV was for sale at a local RV dealership so couldn’t have possibly been on their lot. We were assured by the owner that they would stop the direct monthly charge and we didn’t need to do anything else. We are so disappointed in the dishonesty. We have spoken to the facility twice without a positive resolution.

I was able to rent a 10x30 unit with doors on both ends which made things really convenient. The staff was very helpful and always returned my calls if after hours. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.
