They had several units that were supposed to be climate controlled, AC was down for months. They never gave me a discount, & last month couldn’t be adjusted to days used I had to pay the entire month.

The only concern for me was lighting at night and the lack of security. During one of my later in the evening visits, a group of 4 to 6 young males seem to just be hanging out playing music.

Customer bathroom was locked and unoccupied upon my arrival. I was expected to park a karge trailer inbetween a boat and an rv. Not everbody are pros at parling large trailera in small places.

Uhaul Kissimmee Fl was EXTREMELY helpful in all my needs. They didn’t have the truck size I needed so gave me a bigger truck at no extra cost. Any problem, they fixed it and UPPED me one. A-1 service.
