Customer service via UHAUL -800-go-uhaul was absolutely atrocious. No one at uhaul takes responsibility of the 'u-box' segment. Many lost hours on the phone. Oceanside store was very helpful.

Oceanside U-Haul itself was okay, but the overall experience with U-Haul and the U-Box system was miserable.

Only thing I really didn`t like was the payment processing... it`s very annoying and confusing to have a lump sum like that be pulled out in different increments. You should take all at once.

The driver Katie was very helpful. She tried to find me the bedt spot possible to park the u-box for my unloading. She was puntual and the delivery was efficient.

Everything went great except pick up in Lakewood Co. We did not know when the u boxes would be picked up and we wanted to be there. Ther was a lack of communication with the driver.

Everything went wrong. But the most troublesome thing was that most U Haul staff don`t know a thing about U-box rentals which made customer service a nightmare.
