very helpful choosing the first level unit. explained how the entry card works and a diagram of the building and were the unit is. whole process was under 10 minutes, no pressure sales to buy tape or boxes, everything you need is right in the store.
EDWARD M. | First ImpressionsIt was an emotional day (divorce after 12 years and the marital home closes on the 28th on top of child custody battle and losing my job all within a month) and moving was already a headache and Aaron made me feel at ease for the first time that entire day. He was so helpful and patient and answered every question I could spit out. Don't lose Aaron, he saved my life that day. Only thing that sucked really is the pick up place didn't have the furniture dolly that the website said and when I did my storage unit online poor Aaron had to do it all over again

Germaine B. | First ImpressionsStaff was friendly and helpful and facility is top of the line. When I took my boat to the storage area, the fob did not work. Staff gave me a second one that worked only one time. Another customer let me in and out and the staff walked me back to the entry with my third fob to make sure it worked. The first space I was assigned (83) was not available because the trailer beside me was taking up its space and mine so that was another trip to the office to get a different space. The signature machine did not work at the first cash register so we had to use register at one and the signature machine at the next one. I encountered two other very disgruntled customers during my multiple trips to the office. The mechanic was having trouble installing something on a customer's vehicle and ran his battery down. He had been there over two hours when I arrived. The other customer had been given a different vehicle the day before, but refused the customer's request to change the paperwork. You have customer service and machinery (fob and signature) issues that management needs to address. The staff lady on duty that day handled it all very very well and should be given a bonus.
